Snow hit Central Alberta yesterday. Some locations northeast of Edmonton got 25 cm yesterday. The capital region got 10 cm and more is in the forecast today.
Drumheller only got a dusting and most highways in the area are in fair to good winter condition.
Highway 56 north of the Morrin Corner is partially covered, with drifting snow. Highway 575 to Carbon and Highway 10 between Drumheller and East Coulee are also partially covered, which could hide any icy spots.
The highway to Calgary is fine for the most part, but roads in the Red Deer area are snow covered. Caution is advised.
