One of the latest attractions to come to the valley has been receiving an overwhelming amount of positive reviews.

Trekcetera made the journey from its original location in Vulcan to Drumheller and has been rising in popularity since.

A total of 61 reviews on Trip Advisor are credited for the museum's five star status.

"When we moved here we had to start all over again at rock bottom so we were number 28 of 28 and we're currently sitting at number 8 of 28. We're number 2 behind the Royal Tyrell Museum as far as museums go," said Devan Daniels with Trekcetera.

The museum carries over 300 artifacts in its inventory.

"We started out in April and it's been a steady climb since so everyday and every week is busier than the day and week before. It's almost exponential," noted Daniels. "We're very happy with where we are sitting right now. August has been phenomenal."

"Of course it takes time for word to get around but we're seeing a lot of people now from areas all over the province and Canada that have heard about us from friends or relatives and been told that they have to see us. Word of mouth has been working well," he added.

Trekcetera is open 7 days a week from 10:00a.m until 9:00p.m.
