Just over one more week and the Town of Three Hills will be roaring with the sound of engines.

The annual Three Hills Cruise Weekend should be another big successful event for Canada's 150.

"We got Brett 'Big Schwag' Wagner coming in. He's from Sons of Anarchy, Monster Garage, Jessie James and NCIS Los Angeles. He's a great guy, I've talked to him a few times already. Everyone I talk to about him has big respect and he's really good at getting a crowd going," stated Kyle Kanderka of the Cruise Weekend Organizing Committee.

The event kicks off on Friday, June 2 and has some fantastic racing and events planned.

"The Show 'n Shine is kind of a first come first served. You would have to go on Main Street early in the morning and I believe it's $10 or $15 to register your car," Kanderka outlined.

Just like last year, they're going to have a couple of neat features coming in.

"The old 1960's era and nostalgia drag racers. We're going to have a few more of them come in, three I believe, so they're all going to be participating in the drag races and putting on shows during the whole weekend," explained Kanderka.

"Last year we had them and it was very entertaining. It was by far the fastest vehicle out there and it was fun for everyone, they all had a great enjoyment out of it. We ended up finding more people with the same era of vehicles, so they're planning on coming out."
