On March 15, The Bantam C Provincials started here, in Drumheller.

The opening ceremony was attended very well with seven away teams and our home Raptors, brining family and loved ones to the Memorial Arena.

The teams who've made it to the provincials this year include:

Zone 1 Champions- The Beaverlodge Blades

Zone 2 Champions- The CNN Spurs

Zone 3 Champions- The Westlock Warriors

Zone 4 Champions- The Rimbey Renegades

Zone 5 Champions- The Pincher Creek Huskies

Zone 6 Champions- The Duchess Storms

Zone 7 Champions- The New Sarepta Eagles

The Bantam C Provincial hosts- The Drumheller Raptors

The ceremony began at 6pm, with Jason Blanke as the Master of Ceremonies introducing all eight teams, their players and coaches.

After, Mayor Colberg spoke to everyone in the arena, wishing the teams a good-hard fought tournament and welcomed the families and players of the seven away teams to explore and enjoy Drumheller.

In order to play in the Bantam C Provincials, each team needed to qualify by representing their team in The Zone Playdowns that occur during the month of February. In some cases, teams would need to battle in four or more games for the chance to be apart of the Bantam Provincials.

Good luck to all the teams.

The finals will begin Sunday, March 18 at 8am.
