This Valentine's Day, why not go on a blind date?...with a book! The Drumheller Public Library is once again hosting "Blind Date with a Book."

"You can come to the Library, pick out a wrapped book, that has been very nicely wrapped with Valentine's hearts." says Lachie McFadden, who brought the idea to the Drumheller library after seeing other libraries doing it.

Each book is a surprise to the reader! There is a short description of the theme of the book on the wrapping, just to give you a little teaser," McFadden explains, "There is a little pick up line on each of the books, and it's a mystery book. A lot of them will be romantic books, but some of them might not."

If you are an avid reader, and are looking to add some excitement to your reading material, then head down to the Drumheller Public Library, and go on a blind date with a book! "It will be a surprise when you take it home, you could either like it or not. The last couple years we have done this," says McFadden.
