It will be almost another month before a Drumheller day care worker charged with sexual assault is back in court.
Anthony Piecowye appeared briefly in Drumheller Provincial Court last Friday, October 27, but did not enter a plea.
Apparently the 21 year old has been approved by Legal Aid, but has not yet been assigned a lawyer.
Piecowye was arrested on August 23, a little over a month after Drumheller RCMP received a complaint from a parent of a child attending the day care.
He's charged with three counts of sexual assault and three more of sexual interference involving a minor.
His next court date is Friday, November 24.
