Valley residents will have the opportunity to voice their concerns and opinions regarding recycling.
The Town of Drumheller will be hosting a meeting in Hall C at the Badlands Community Facility on February 9 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m..
Darryl Drohomerski has agreed to lead the talk on recycling in the community.
"He said he would be happy to do a talk if we had enough interest," explained Judy Arvidson with The Town of Drumheller. "As soon as I put it out on social media I started getting emails right away from people that are interested."
Arvidson credits the idea to Patrice Wolf who originally contacted her about the initiative.
Those attending are encouraged to bring along a bagged lunch.
"It's nice for people to know that they can approach us and ask us for things," she said. "If it's a benefit to the community and we can do it for you, we're sure willing to try so keep the ideas coming."
