It's not always healthy to eat your vegetables.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has announced a recall of fresh vegetable products from store shelves across the country.

It's because of possible Listeria contamination.

The affected products include several Mann's brand packaged fresh vegetables and salads, along with selected Compliments and Western Family products. A complete list is included here.

If you think you became sick from eating an infected product, call your doctor. Recalled product should be thrown out or returned to the store where it was purchased.

There have been no reported cases of illness associated with this recall.

Earlier this month, CFIA recalled Janes brand chicken burgers and popcorn chicken after some people became sick with Salmonella like symptoms.
