The Drumheller fire department was on scene early Sunday morning battling a fire in North Drumheller.
No word yet on what caused the fire, but the flames quickly took over the owner-occupied trailer in Poplar Grove.
When 99.5 Drum FM arrived, the occupants were safely at a neighbour's house.
"The tenants were out of the building, and no injuries to any firefighters, and we had it probably all under control and out by four." advised Drumheller Fire Chief Bruce Wade.
Wade said the cause of the fire was accidental, and that the tenant had been using the dryer.
Firefighters worked hard to get the blaze under control quickly, and they managed to get the job done. "We had a crew leave at four, and I had a truck on standby fire watch for an hour, and they were cleared at about five." said Wade.
