The RCMP have received several reports of damage done to vehicles between the hours of 10:00p.m and 7:00a.m on July 19.

Approximately 12 vehicles were keyed either on the passenger or driver side in condensed areas of the southeast and southwest parts of Drumheller.

"We're still in the preliminary stages of our investigation so getting complaints of any other damages that people may have incurred and just reaching out to the public right now for any information," said Constable Maceachern of the Drumheller RCMP. "If anyone has seen anyone suspicious in the area between those times last night if they could report it to the none emergency line or Crimestoppers that would be greatly appreciated."

"We still have certain businesses we have to talk to, check for surveillance, and other avenues of investigation we're still looking into," added Maceachern. "We have no suspects at this point in time."

"Always watch out for yourself, your neighbours, and make sure everyone's property in locked up," noted Maceachern. "If you can keep an eye on your property and your neighbour's property it helps us out a lot when it comes to trying to solve these sorts of crimes."

Anyone with information regarding this crime is encouraged to contact the Drumheller RCMP or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
