On Thursday April 26, 2018, the Drumheller Car Club held an impromptu meeting to try and get the club up and running again.

"Right now we are just trying to have a meeting place. We are going to try and meet at A&W every Thursday again from 5:30PM - 7:00PM. We just want to get people, members and car enthusiasts out at the A&W to show off their cars," explained Darcy Jensen, organizer of the Drumheller Car Club.

They had 21 members in attendance on April 26, and more people were interested in the club, but couldn't make the meeting.

"We are planning on helping with the Boogie in the Badland car show too; any members will help out with that if we can and maybe someday the car show will actually take over," said Jensen.

It is a $20.00 fee to be a member of the club, and this will help with costs of running the club. Jensen explained that the fee when the club first started up was $20.00 and they don't want to have to raise that fee.

"We are going to plan this to be regular from about 5:30PM to 7:00PM, and we are going to try for Thursday nights. Hopefully we can get a lot of attention, and people looking, people bringing their cars. That is our goal," advised Jensen.

The first cruise night will be on May 3 at A&W. Be sure to head out and check out all the cool cars.
