Tuesday, April 18 between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m. there will be a blood drive at the Badlands Community Facility.
There are still appointments avaliable, but that isn't unusual.
"It's not uncommon for us to see a drop in appointments just before the clinic, so originally the clinic was full at 102%, and today we have just a few cancellations," Lisa Castro from Canadian Blood Services explained.
Castro asks that last minute donors still try to set an appointment either by downloading their app, or through their website.
"We are asking for extra support from the community of Drumheller, and new donors are critical for meeting Canada's future blood needs."
Their goal this year is 120 units of blood, which Castor says will require 170 donors.
