Some people in Hanna are doing what they can to get a spray park for the community.

"We've got to sit down with the town and iron out some details," said committee member, Kyle Olsen.

Olsen added they have some fundraising events coming up that he hopes will get them closer to fruition.

"We will be selling engraved bricks that people can purchase to contribute to raising funds for it," he outlined. "Then they can see their name built on the pathway around the spray park."

Olsen commented that they have been applying for grants to keep the cost down for local taxpayers.

"If we could do this with as little municipal money as possible, that would be ideal for everybody." Olsen concluded.

The committee behind the spray park is hoping to break ground in spring of 2019.
