Long weekends are known for their business, sometimes causing highway or traffic accidents but the Drumheller RCMP have nothing but good things to report from the weekend.

"With all the people in town, we had no major accidents. We had members out working traffic, making sure everything was good but we came out with no accidents. Basically, everyone behaved really well," explains Corporal Gerald Sherk of the Drumheller RCMP.

August Long Weekend is known to be one of the busiest weekends in Drumheller.

The World's Largest Dinosaur experienced a ten percent increase from last year, just from the weekend.

"We had a lot of traffic, there was a lot of people in town. It (the weekend) started off a little rainy," continued Sherk.

"I know sometimes the tourist traffic can get some people a little irritable but everyone went through the weekend great,"
