The RCMP arrested one suspect without incident inside the residence and a second suspect was arrested at his workplace.
A small marijuana grow operation was also found inside the residence and dismantled. In total, nine marijuana plants, 15 grams of dried marijuana and approximately 40 grams of suspected cocaine was seized. The RCMP also seized a .22 calibre hand gun, bear spray, brass knuckles, a machete, a sword and a large collection of knives.
Acme residents Tanner Mcfarlane, age 25, and Michael Heon, age 20, have been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, production of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of prohibited and restricted weapons.
The two suspects have been released on their own recognizance and are both scheduled to appear in Airdrie Provincial Court on June 22.
