Some great progress has been made in the new subdivision in Bankview.
Hillsview Estates Phase 2 has been seeing a lot of additions recently, with more homes and new street lights.
"We're obviously working on getting people through and it continues to kind of be a success in there. The market's a little quiet through December and January, but we're starting to see things pick up now," stated Gary Chambers with Century 21.
Chambers mentioned they have a couple new show homes in there now.
"Things are going pretty well. We are actively getting people through the houses which are completed, which we didn't have the luxury of previously because we sold everything that was completed," expressed Chambers.
So, what are some of the homes in the new Hillsview Estates going for these days?
"We've still got some amazing price line product in there and we've got a good mix of everything right now; we've got that subdivision and then we've got a couple spec homes in West Bankview Estates to go to the luxury side of things. We've got everything starting from essentially $270,000 up to $550,000 in completed homes. We're in a pretty great position right now for marketing," Chambers outlined.
