The season wraps up once again for your Drumheller Dragons with the 16th Annual Awards Banquet.  It gives the team and fans an opportunity to recognize the players from this season.

The event this year was held at the Cretaceous Conference Centre and the room was packed with players, families, and fans of the Dragons.   The evening opened with remarks by Dragons Head Coach and General Manager, Kevin Hasselberg acknowledging the successes of this year's team.  It was one of the best teams in Dragons history.  Sam Boguslavsky stepped up to the podium to speak on behalf of the players' families. The major focus of his speech was the community and how this team and town opened their arms to the players and the families of the Dragons.
