One day after the Drumheller Dragons wrap their spring camp, they have a new Letter of Intent signing by a future Dragon.

On Monday afternoon, the Drumheller Dragons held a press conference to introduce the latest player that hopes to be a Dragon this fall.

Tristan Lambert from Lethbridge, AB plays defense and is 6' 1".  Last year, Lambert played for the Red Deer Optimists AAA Midget Chiefs for 32 games.  He had 6 goals and 16 assists with the Chiefs and also was called up to the Drayton Valley Thunder for three games.  lambert jasonTristan Lambert being interviewed by Jason Blanke; Photo courtesy of the Drumheller Dragons

Lambert is quite excited to be a Drumheller Dragon.  "It's a great organization and the coaching staff seems really great.  It's really a winning atmosphere so I am excited to be part of the Dragons."

Lambert is looking forward to showing his skills to the Dragons fans.  "The fans seem great and really bring an atmosphere to the rink that's positive and energetic."

Lambert explains the type of player he is. "I am an offensive defenseman and I also pride myself in good defense and being able to take care of the puck."

He will attend the Dragons fall camp and hopefully will be in a Dragons uniform come September.
