On Saturday night, Oct. 7, the Olds Grizzlys came to Drumheller for the second time in a week. The previous Sunday saw the two teams face off and the Dragons win 8-2. Saturday's game looked like it was headed in the same direction, until the Grizzlys came out of hibernation in the third period.

Dawson Bruneski started the first period off with an early, unassisted first goal to make the game 1-0.

In the second period, on a power play, Brett Edwards added another point to the board with an assist by Brady Risk.

Joren Patenaude racked up a third goal early in the third period, quickly followed by a goal by the Grizzlys. Three minutes later, another goal by the Grizzlys. Shortly afterwards, Olds tied the game up and forced overtime.

Four minutes into overtime, Dragons fans saw double when Brett Edwards scored another goal assisted by Brady Risk to end the game 4-3 Dragons.

Shots on goal: 47 Drumheller, 21 Olds.
